The 9-week Positivity and Relaxation Training (PART) program helps participants develop a self-care routine to help manage stress, improve their outlook, and enhance their quality of life.

About PART

Developed at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, the 9-week Positivity and Relaxation Training (PART) program teaches participants a variety of mind body practices and self-care interventions to help manage stress, improve their outlook, and enhance their quality of life.

Group Classes

Register for the class of your choice. The 9-week PART program meets for 1.5 hours per week. The manual is included in the cost. Mondays evenings in February.

Corporate

The PART program can also be specifically geared towards corporate cultures. If you see the value of investing in your most important asset, your people, this is an innovative and lucrative option. In-person or Online

‘Intuitive Eating Embodied’ combines accessible yoga for ALL bodies so you can begin to restore TRUST with your body- the first step to living more embodied.

Co-lead by Karen Louise Scheuner, MA, RDN, (she/her) an anti-diet Dietitian, Nutrition Therapist, and Certified Intuitive Eating Coach with a background in both nutrition science and psychology.
Linda Wells, M.Ed. 500-CYT yoga teacher specializing in accessible yoga, body liberation, and stress management coaching for modern-day life demands.

 
 

The 12-week Intuitive Eating Embodied Program 

STARTS JANUARY 24, 2023

  • Free yourself from the restrict-binge cycle of eating.

  • Restore trust with your body to feel confident to know what, when and how much to eat without and guilt.

  • Reclaim your birthright to have a  pleasurable~normal~ joyful relationship to food.

  • Learn strategies to loosen the grip of the internal critic aka Food Police.

  • Learn how to decode your non-hunger food cravings and find more effective ways to nourish yourself that work better than food.

  • Move from body hate to body neutrality.Begin to accept and feel at home in your body.

  • Increase your mindfulness, self-compassion and coping skills.

  • Set boundaries, quit people-pleasing and the ‘compare’ and ‘despair’ game.

  • Learn ‘gentle nutrition’ guidelines to make meal planning easy without falling back into diet mentality.

  • Shift from exercise punishment or exercise burn out to sustainable joyful movement.

    Reconnect with your divine feminine, step into your power, reclaim your life and freedom back. 

The Intuitive Eating Embodied Program is a weekly live* online group course that starts JANUARY 2023

All course meetings and activities take place online, and you will be working through the material together in a supportive, group environment. 

Each week you get videos that teach each of the ten principals of Intuitive eating plus videos on yoga poses that support each principal to help with integration and embodiment. 

Don’t worry if you have never done yoga before, our amazing teacher Linda makes yoga accessible and fun for all bodies. All you need is a body to do this type of yoga. Yoga helps connect us to our bodies at a deeper level which fast tracks our ability to trust and honor our body cues.

Each week you get worksheets + journal prompts that you download to help integrate the ten principals of Intuitive Eating.

All of the videos and worksheets you have lifetime access to. You can go at your own pace with this program.
