Group Coaching: Reclaiming Body Trust & Intuitive Eating

A live online experience blending joyful movement, emotional literacy, and mindful nutrition designed to support your journey toward intuitive eating and body trust.

This is a space to:

  • Come home to your body. You don’t have to heal alone.

Coaching for Stress Reduction-PART Program

Developed at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, the 9-week Positivity and Relaxation Training (PART) program teaches participants a variety of mind body practices and self-care interventions to help manage stress, improve their outlook, and enhance their quality of life.

Group Classes

Register for the class of your choice. The 9-week PART program meets for 1.5 hours per week. The manual is included in the cost. Mondays evenings in February.

Corporate

The PART program can also be specifically geared towards corporate cultures. If you see the value of investing in your most important asset, your people, this is an innovative and lucrative option. In-person or Online
